In 1977, the Vandendriessche family ventured to revive White Rock where a vineyard and winery had been originally established by Dr. J. Pettingill all the way back in 1870! Today, under the guidance of Christopher, the family's eldest son, the estate produces some of the most interesting wines that continue to escape the notice of even the most devoted California wine aficionados. 

You can’t help but think about white Burgundy when you drink this wine. Anyone who thinks California can’t produce Chardonnay with elegance & finesse should be presented with a bottle of White Rock.
